Reporting to the technical director, the drafting technician draws sheds, makes plans and produces technicla drawings. The responsibilities are the following :
- Verify and dimension sheds with Solid Edge software;
- Preparer technical drawings for the sheds, including all dimensions and specifications;
- Participate in the improvement of the innovation and production processes;
- Prepare production sheets with dimension changes and additional parts and print documents;
- Prepare assembly guides for DIY kits and include drawings and texts;
- Support customers regarding special requests;
- Make city plans and communicate with vendors;
- Participate in department meetings;
- Communicate with the purchase department regarding clarification requests;
- Communicate with the factory director regarding the design and execution of special projects;
- Perform all other related tasks.
